The rooftop pool was completely underwhelming, and let's not even start on the lack of shade by the sunbeds. How very ordinary! I expected a cute upgrade for my troubles, but the staff didn't seem to see my worth. It's almost comical how poorly they manage guests' expectations. Tried to be nice, but I just couldn't.

The hotel is centrally located in Getsemani, the walled old town is only a few minutes walk away. My room had a sufficient size, cleanliness in the whole hotel was excellent. The pool on the roof was a pleasure after a day in the heat of Cartagena. Very friendly and helpful staff
Breakfast was sufficient, but could use a little more variety. Since there is no shade on the sun terrace, a few parasols would be nice

The location was fantastic, not too far away from Las Bovedas. The room was beautifully maintained and a nice size and what's more - included a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and fresh towels.
The room was not very good.

The stay was great, had a very nice room with a big window to the patio, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the terrace for breakfast and the small pool were very nice. There were many restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the proximity and also the oldtown was not far away, but it was still quiet at night.
A few umbrellas on the roof terrace would be great.

The rooftop pool area offers a nice view but lacks shade was nice. The first floor has a spacious common area that could be a good hangout spot with some improvements.
Rooms can be quite dark due to limited windows, with some even smelling like mold. The shower temperature has issues, fluctuating from tepid to cold, and towels seem worn. Noise is prevalent from the corridor and street.
